Train with Lagarto!!

From 02 January 2012 , come and train with Lucio "Lagarto" (World Pro Cup & European Champ 2011...)  in his new Bjj School in Soho :

Beginners will be welcome in the evening ( see timetable above) following this program :

Monday, Wednesday & Friday : Conditionning training, drills..
Tuesday & Thursday                : Sparring.

While advanced practitionners (Blue belt to Black belt) will be welcome on Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 1 PM..

Following the purest tradition of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu , Lagarto will teach to restricted classes. From this fact places will be limited, so make sure to book yours by sending a mail at Luciolagarto@gmail.com .You can also book your private class with Lagarto at the same email address.
